Coldnailhurst Avenue

Monday 10th October.
Suspect entered via a front door removing items before exiting via rear door.

Fairfield Road

Thursday 13th October between 10:00hrs and 10:45hrs.
Suspect unknown forced the front door of a second floor flat and stole the television.

Botany Drive

Wednesday 12th October between 15:00hrs and 16:00hrs.
Suspect unknown entered though an INSECURE door and removed two handbags and left via front door.

LITTLE YELDHAM North End

Wednesday 12th October between 12:00hrs and 17:00hrs.
Suspect unknown gained entry to victims address by smashing the window to the rear door and smashing a further door to gain access Items have been removed.
HALSTEAD
Ravens Avenue
Between Tuesday 11th October 22:00hrs and Wednesday 12th October 05:00hrs.
Suspect unknown gained entry to victim’s property via a front door and removed items which were found in the street.
Meadow Close
Wednesday 12th October between 01:30hrs and 03:30hrs.
Suspect unknown gained entry to victim’s property via an UNLOCKED front door and property stolen.
Sudbury Road
Friday 7th October between 18:20hrs and 20:21hrs.
Suspect unknown gained entry to a secure house by removing casing from the door handle and snapping the barrel lock off. Once inside the suspect removed jewellery, car keys, a handbag and a pillow case form the bedrooms and exit as entry




THEFT FROM A FARM
PANFIELD Braintree Road
Thursday 13th October between 18:30hrs. and 19:30hrs.
Suspect unknown removed two Eflares from the entrance to a farm.

THEFT FROM PERSON
HALSTEAD Firwoods Road

Between Friday 7th October 11:00hrs and Tuesday 11th October 12:00hrs.

Suspect unknown removed the victims parcel.
BRAINTREE Tofts Walk
Saturday 8th October 10:45hrs.

Suspect unidentified distracted the victim with a clip board whilst he was sat in his car. The victim completed the form and gave the suspect £10 from his wallet. The suspect placed the clipboard over the lap of the victim and extracted another £180 from wallet without the victim’s knowledge.


BURGLARY OF GARAGES.
BOCKING John Ray Street
Friday 14th October between 09:00hrs and 11:00hrs.

Suspect unidentified entered INSECURE garage and removed items. Suspects were witnessed by a member of public to be in possession of a petrol strimmer and then pushing petrol lawn mower which was found in bushes.
BRAINTREE Coldnailhurst Avenue
Thursday 6th October 20:15hrs.
Suspect unknown gained entry by damaging a hinge and once inside removed items


THEFT OF TRAILER
HEDINGHAM Sugar Lane

Between Friday 7th October 03:30hrs and Monday 10th October 15:20hrs.

Suspect unknown removed a double axle trailer from driveway by cutting securing chain and cutting trailer tamper proof lock.




THEFT OF MOTOR VEHICLES
BRAINTREE Coldnailhurst Avenue
Between Saturday 8th October 17:00hrs and Sunday 9th October 16:30hrs.
Suspect unknown removed white Ford Transit which victim had left the keys in the ignition.
WITHAM Cam Way

Between Tuesday 11th October 19:00hrs and Wednesday 12th October 09:00hrs.
Suspect unknown removed white Transit Panel van which had an Iphone5 and a Garmin satellite navigation system in the glove compartment.


THEFT FROM MOTOR VEHICLES
GREAT NOTLEY Notley Cross
Between Monday 10th October 22:00hrs and Tuesday 11th October 00:53 hrs

Suspect unknown gained entry to silver Mercedes Nito by causing large hole above handle on side door and tolls removed.

ATTEMPTED DWELLING HOUSE BURGLARY
BRAINTREE Malycon Close
Sunday 9th October between 18:35hrs and 18:50hrs.
Suspects unknown removed the Yale lock to front door and gained access to the flat .However nothing removed as believed the victim returned home which disturbed the suspects.
BOCKING Julien Court Road
Between Friday 7th October 17:00hrs and Monday 10th October 09:00hrs.
Suspect unknown attempted to gain access to secure locked room by smashing wooden surrounding of the door but no access gained.

BICYCLES STOLEN
BRAINTREE, WITHAM AND GREAT NOTLEY.
In the past week there have been so many bicycles stolen that it would take up most of one side of the page of the newsletter. Some of the bikes were secure and others just left unattended.

Pennycot Corner.
Between Wednesday 5th October 20:00hrs and Thursday 6th October 08:00hrs.
Suspect unknown gained entry to INSECURE garden shed and removed a mobility battery.

DAMAGE TO MOTOR VEHICLE.
HALSTEAD Ronald Road
Between Friday 30th September 22:30hrs and Saturday 1st October 10:30hrs.
Suspect unknown scratched the offside of a blue Ford Mondeo and punctured two of the tyres whilst the car was parked outside the address with the offside facing the curb
